B. Mission

Chairman of the board

• As the head of the Company, responsible for managing the Company in accordance with the company’s organization and operation charter.
• Having the full right to decide on behalf of the Company on matters related to the purposes and interests of the Company in accordance with the law. Except for matters under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Board of manager

• Assist the Board of Directors along with professional departments in the Company.
• Direct and strictly comply with the business plan and the organization and operation charter approved by the general meeting of shareholders.

Technical planning department

• Make a detailed production plan, assign the task of supplying materials to the steel structure workshop to perform the production task.
• Appoint technical staff to supervise the erection of products at the construction site and work safety.
• Assign tasks to technicians who are responsible for supervising and checking product acceptance step by step and product acceptance before shipment.
• Organize the transportation of products to the construction site. Assign tasks to the construction team responsible for receiving products and erecting at the site.
• Coordinate with Party A’s technical staff to conduct the acceptance of completed work items.

Organization and Administration

• Collect and check all personnel management records in the company. Develop standard forms to apply to the management work at the office and construction works by the company.
• Receipt of official documents, documents, into the official dispatch book. Store documents according to each type of official document to ensure convenience for searching.
• Submit official documents and documents to the Board of Directors in the day or the next day. Transferring official documents to departments and workshops must record in books and get signatures of recipients.
• Coordinate with functional departments in the company to effectively implement the requirements of the proposed leaders.

Industrial Project Management Department

• Make detailed production plans, assign the task of supplying materials to the steel structure workshop to perform the production tasks.
• Assign project technicians to be responsible for supervising and checking product acceptance step by step and product acceptance before shipment.
• Organize the transportation of products to the construction site. Assign the Construction team to be responsible for receiving products and erecting at the construction site.
• Coordinate with Party A’s technical staff to conduct the acceptance of completed work items.
• Combined with the Department of Science and Technology to supervise at the scene to ensure the quality and schedule set out.

Accounting and Finance Department

• Advise the Director on administrative and financial management for business, labor organization and salary
• Monitor and record changes in assets, capital sources and results of production and business activities and use of company funds
• Researching and perfecting the company’s apparatus, salary and insurance policies.
• Organize accounting and statistical work in accordance with the characteristics of the
• Company’s production and business organization according to the requirements of renovating the management mechanism, constantly improving the organizational structure and accounting and statistical work.

Steel structure workshop

• Deploy the production according to the technical requirements of the design of the Technical Department.
• Coordinating with staff of the Science and Technology Department to meet quality and schedule production and hand over synchronous products for erection.

Construction team and structure erection team

• Prepare for production and be responsible for the organization of construction, erection and completion of works.
• Organizing and operating workers and equipment at the construction site, ensuring progress, technique and safety for people and equipment during the construction process.
• Directly work with supervision consultants, relevant units to solve technical problems, acceptance of works.
• Prepare and complete the tables for payment of works and send to the Finance and Accounting Department of the company for timely payment and settlement.
